The Engineering, Architecture, and Operations department is dedicated to optimizing
and supporting our organization’s technological ecosystem.
This department encompasses a diverse array of specialized teams, including IT Service Enablement, IT Global Support, UX,
Enterprise Architects, Application Observability Platform, Central Kafka Platform, Application
Infrastructure Support and Release Management.
We focus on developing and implementing automation, leveraging various RPA technologies such as Blue Prism.
Our software automates diverse business operations, ranging from simple administrative tasks to more complex business processes, including those related to managing deliveries and container transportation, monitoring warehouse status, handling logistics documentation, and analyzing data on cargo movement and operational performance.

Our team consists of approximately 60 specialists covering a wide spectrum of areas, including Java development, requirement analysis, testing, platform deployment, and system monitoring. Our expertise includes Java Enterprise Edition, AWS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, relational databases, security aspects, and much more.
We are a team of experts in both the theory and practice of Agile methodologies. Our
expertise ranges from guiding individual teams to orchestrating large-scale Agile
transformations.
As Change Agents we identify opportunities to implement Scrum and Agile at
scale practices holistically across the organization. We serve as advisors to teams, leaders,
and organizations. We facilitate diverse stakeholder discussions and challenge the status quo.
We’re a team of experienced and highly skilled coordinators. Our main job is to ensure that applicable
security regulations are complied.
DG Coordinators validate dangerous goods in line with international and national regulations, as well
as stakeholder restrictions, to prevent injury, environmental and property damage, financial loss, and
to meet quality and security standards.
