Here’s what happens after you apply for a role:
1. CV Screen
We’ll take a close look at your work experience and skills outlined in your CV to ensure they’re a perfect match for the position you applied for.
2. HR Interviews
An informal chat to get to know you better, where we’ll discuss your background, aspirations.
3. Skill Interview
Two sessions to assess your skills – both professional and technical, as well as your soft skills. It’s a chance for you to meet your future colleagues and supervisors and make sure you fit well into the team. There are usually two interviews. Occasionally the recruitment process may differ.
4. Decision
The final step – we’ll let you know if we’re ready to set sail together. Whether it’s smooth sailing or some adjustments needed, we’ll keep it straightforward and clear.

Practice answering with the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to effectively showcase your experiences and how they align with the role.
Match Your Experience
Review the job description thoroughly and identify how your past experiences and skills meet the requirements. Highlight what makes you a great fit.
Create a Focused Environment
Ensure you’re in a distraction-free space. Check all necessary equipment—camera, microphone, and internet connection—so you’re ready to go.
Familiarize Yourself with Us
Take a moment to explore our website to get a feel for our current projects, initiatives, and the technologies we use. We’re eager to hear what motivates you to join our team and what inspired you to apply to HL.
Ask Thoughtful Questions
Use the opportunity to ask us insightful questions that demonstrate your genuine interest in the role and the company.
