As part of our strategy, Hapag-Lloyd will further develop and improve web and mobile applications, that is why we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UX Researcher who enjoys seeing his/her work making a measurable impact. Join the UX team of experienced professionals in our new Knowledge Center in Gdansk, and become an advocate of UX Research at a large international company. Our UX team is a part of the in-house IT team. You will work together with developers, Products Designers, Products Owners, Product Managers and UX Researcher

The role

You will be responsible for working collaboratively with developers, designers, POs, PMs and UX Researchers, working directly with colleagues from all around the world, improving research strategy, research repository, research roadmaps and frameworks, running independent research on multiple aspects of how users interact with our web and mobile applications, collecting and analyzing user behavior via qualitative and quantitative methods, such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, etc., educating the team and the organization about UX Research, working with designers, product owners and engineers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and also presenting research findings through verbal presentations and written reports

Your profile

  • 3 + years of experience as a UX Researcher or in similar role
  • Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Communication skills needed to discuss user research processes, ideas, and solutions with team and stakeholders (we speak English at work ? )
  • Knowledge about lean UX, ResearchOps, user-centered design methodologies

 

Nice if you have:

  • Experience in working in Agile environment
  • Experience in UX Research in in-house or large organization
