The role
You will be responsible for assisting in the management and tracking of software licenses and contracts to ensure compliance with software vendors’ licensing agreements, maintaining accurate records of software licenses, including purchase information, usage data, and renewal schedules, monitoring software usage to identify opportunities for license optimization and cost savings, assisting in the development and implementation of software asset management policies and procedures and also you will collaborate with other teams within the organization, including IT and procurement, to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and optimize software costs and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to software asset management

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics or related field (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of software licensing models and agreements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English language
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with software asset management tools and technologies
- Experience with software procurement and vendor management
- Certification in software asset management, such as the Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) or the Certified Software Asset Management Professional (CSAMP)
