    One or two in-depth sessions focused on your technical knowledge, problem-solving ability and collaboration style. Often with team members you'll work closely with.

  • Step 4

    Decision

    We’ll share our final decision with you. If there’s a match, we’ll discuss next steps - if not, you’ll still receive honest and constructive feedback.
