IT Service Enablement

As part of Hapag-Lloyds IT Service Enablement Team you will drive digital IT services workspace collaboration by building and running our internal Atlassian based solutions with the goal to create one central collaboration experience for our employees.

System Administrator (ITSE)

You will be responsible for the enterprise level deployment ensuring its high availability, scalability, capacity and service continuity with failure resiliency, full solution operational lifecycle including its change and configuration management, co-creating and maintaining integration between JIRA / Confluence and external systems, providing last-tire technical support and providing solutions for solving the problem.

Your profile

  • Being a skilled IT administrator of server-class operating systems
  • Working knowledge about typical system administration responsibilities related to networking, databases and user directories (Red Hat, Bash, Postgres, AD)
  • Knowing how to analyze and respond to performance diagnostics, also how to plan and execute system modifications
  • Motivation to learn new things and become an expert on enterprise level about Atlassian solutions (JIRA Service Management, JIRA Software, Confluence) system administration, maintenance and configuration
  • Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
  • Very good command over written and spoken English , minimum B2
