Customer Service Team

Due to the growth of our company, we are starting with a brand new project in the Knowledge Center. For one of our biggest customer, we are establishing a new Customer Service Team. Therefore, we are looking for a accounts receivable accountants to join our family.

The role

You will be responsible for processing Self-Billing procedure for selected customers according to agreed processes, finalizing and distributing invoices/ reversals for freight / additional charges, handling invoice cancellations and reissuance. Your responsibility will also be validating and settle revenue disputes where applicable, monitoring outstanding invoices, invoice amendments and time pending invoices, exchange with RPA Team to explore automation potentials, collaborating with FIS3 transformation team to develop system support for special customer, invoicing processes like self-billing, following standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management, completing all functional HIP training timely

Your profile

  • 1-2 years of AR experience
  • University degree or equivalent in business administration or related studies
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • SAP experience
  • FIS experience desirable
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to work well with others and follow guidelines
  • Willingness to identify inefficiencies and share ideas to improve process
  • Positive attitude
  • Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development
