We are a team working in a global container liner shipping company, that introduces digital collaboration IT solutions to our business. Currently, we are working on New Intranet with the goal to deliver a cloud-based, user-friendly with a corporate design look and feel Intranet. We are looking for a candidate who has the resilience to be up-to-date with digital collaboration solutions and introduce them to our organization. Act as an intranet specialist and run an adoption campaign
The role
You will be responsible for developing and running adoption campaigns around digital collaboration tools and technologies, organizing and running practical training and workshops for the business, continuous researching and developing technological knowledge and practices and their business usage possibilities, monitoring digital collaboration technologies and introduce them to our organization, evaluating and testing new technical solutions and participating in technical communities, receiving and evaluating a request from stakeholders that could be fulfilled within existing global IT solutions/architecture, but also cooperating with IT business analysts, developers, UI designers, product manager and other digital collaboration consultants to deliver the project and planning and prioritizing tasks according to the Agile methodology with the team

Your profile
- 3+ experience as a SharePoint superuser
- Functional M365 knowledge
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down problems into smaller pieces
- High level of communication skills
- Very good interpersonal skills
- English fluent required
- Good team player
- Very well-organized, self-motivated and innovative mindNice to have:
