Due to the growth of our company, we are starting with a brand new project in the Knowledge Center. For one of our biggest customer, we are establishing a new Customer Service Team. Therefore, we are looking for a team leader who will be responsible for implementing the new team from the ground up. Be part of a new project and have a real impact on your team. You will be responsible for recruitment, knowledge transfer and process improvements.

The role

You will be responsible for setting up and leading an accounts receivables work team focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions, providing day-to-day operational support, management to the team of Accounts Receivable Specialists and respond to financial function queries, exchanging with RPA Team to explore automation potentials, collaborating with FIS3 transformation team to develop system support for special customer invoicing processes like self-billing, supervising work within the scope of tasks performed by individual Team Members, evaluating of performance and setting up targets for Team Members, but also following standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management and building good and open atmosphere in the team, sharing knowledge and experience between team members

Your profile

  • 1-2 practical experiences in managing/co-managing AR teams with good understanding of people management, projects and processes transitions
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • University degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to work well with others and follow guidelines
  • Willingness to identify inefficiencies and share ideas to improve process
  • Positive attitude
