IT Service Enablement
As part of Hapag-Lloyds IT Service Enablement Team you will drive digital IT services workspace collaboration by building and running our internal Atlassian based solutions with the goal to create one central collaboration experience for our employees.
The role
You will be responsible for designing, creating, customizing and operating solutions on top of our Atlassian platforms eco-system to support our service management (ITIL based) and solution delivery (agile based) processes ensuring its stability and customer satisfaction, enhancements of Atlassian tools by development of scripts accordingly to gathered requirement, proposing new solutions based on the user requirements, developing custom plugins and integrations, 3rd party add-ons evaluation and assessment, but also contributing and coordinating release upgrades and extensions and providing last-tire technical support and provide solutions for solving the problem

Your profile

Working knowledge of Java or Groovy Script (Script Runner plugin for Jira/Confluence), familiarity with SQL

Knowledge of consuming web services (REST)

Ability to work on complex problems where analysis requires in-depth evaluation of various factors to determine all options and arrive at the best solution
